Speedpay is a third-party bill payment vendor that provides's customers the convenience and flexibility of making electronic payments, along with the security and peace-of-mind that comes from retaining total control over your bills. Western Union Speedpay charges a convenience fee of $2.00 to $10.00 for this service. does not receive any portion of the convenience fee.

Western Union Quick Collect service is a fast and convenient way to deliver funds -- especially on a due date! Within minutes of your completed payment transaction, Quick Collect delivers an electronic fund transfer notification to Western Union charges a $10 service fee that typically is less expensive than the cost of overnight delivery. Please note: This Western Union service will accept cash only.

MoneyGram Bill Payments Services is set up to allow consumers to make payments to MoneyGram charges a fee of $9.99 for this service. does not receive any portion of the convenience fee. The fee, which is in addition to your car payment, is paid directly to MoneyGram for providing this service to our customers. When will I receive my statement?

A monthly billing statement will be sent to you approximately 21 days before your payment due date.

Do I have a grace period?

There are no grace periods. Your payment must be received by the due date. However, late charges may not be assessed until a set amount of days past your due date. The amount of days depends on the state in which the contract was signed. Please review your contract for specifics on late charges.

I recently received a notice that Flagship Credit was going to be servicing my account. Who is Flagship?

Flagship and are part of the same group of companies. We are in the process of transitioning all account servicing over to Flagship. However, nothing else will change. You should continue to make your payments just as you have in the past, continue to mail your payments to the same address you always have. Please continue to refer to the information included in your monthly statements.

What will happen to

CarFinance will continue to exist and is not going out of business. The only change you will see is that Flagship will soon take over servicing your account. Nothing else will change. You should continue to make your payments just as you have in the past.

Who do I notify of my Insurance?

Your contract includes a requirement to maintain an insurance policy on your vehicle that provides comprehensive and collision coverage and to have a Loss Payee and Additional Insured Endorsement.
