Only those associates who are required to have this information to successfully perform their job duties are provided the means to do so. In addition, we maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect your Private Information in a manner consistent with industry standards for similar companies and in compliance with all applicable state and national laws.

Flagship Credit Acceptance LLC is posting the following regulatory licenses as required by state law or regulations:

- South Carolina – consumer credit license;

- Vermont – lender license;
- and Vermont – sales finance license.
Flagship holds the following licenses in the state of Nevada: Nevada Foreign Collection Agency License # FCA10628, Nevada Foreign Collection Agency License # FCA10629, Nevada Collection Agency Compliance Manager Certificate # CM11254, and Nevada Collection Agency Compliance Manager Certificate # CM11799.
Flagship holds Michigan Regulatory Loan License #RL0020187, effective February 9, 2016. This license was issued by the Department of Insurance and Financial Services who can be contacted at an address of 530 W.
